This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and process your personal data when you use the pervezimas.lt website or our services. Please read it carefully.

1. Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is UAB „Laimonas ir broliai”, company code 135906981, registered office at Taikos pr. 94, LT-50188 Kaunas, Lithuania.

2. What data we collect

When you submit an inquiry through the website form, we collect the data you provide: company name, contact person’s name and surname, phone number, email address, cargo dimensions, weight and preferred delivery time, loading and unloading region and city.

When you contact us directly by email or phone, we process the contact information you provide and the content of the correspondence.

When we carry out a transport order, we process the data needed to fulfil it: loading and unloading addresses, names, surnames and phone numbers of contact persons.

When you browse the website, your IP address and technical information about your browser may be collected automatically. More on this in Section 7 and in our Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

4. Who can see your data

Your data is processed only by those who need it to perform a specific task.

Within our company, the data is seen by the manager and the employee who issues invoices. When an order describes complex access or loading conditions, our driver may also see them.

Outside our company, data is shared with the following recipients:

  • Transport subcontractors, when we do not carry the cargo ourselves. We share only the data necessary for loading and unloading: name, surname, phone number and address.
  • Accounting service provider, which manages our bookkeeping.
  • UAB „ITOMA”, which provides the Logixis freight management system where completed order data is stored.
  • UAB „Eurospektras”, which provides the Cargo business management software where correspondence with clients is stored.
  • Website and email hosting provider, on whose servers the website and email operate.
  • Google Ireland Limited, which provides Google Analytics, Google Ads and reCAPTCHA services (see Sections 6 and 7).

Data processors handle your data only on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Inquiries that did not result in a transport order are kept for 2 years from receipt.
  • Data of completed orders is kept for 10 years, as required by accounting legislation. After this period, it is destroyed together with other accounting documents.
  • Correspondence with clients and partners stored in our business management system is kept as long as necessary for continued cooperation and resolving possible disputes, but no longer than 10 years. Older records are periodically reviewed and deleted.
  • Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw your consent. Cookie retention periods are listed in the Cookie Policy.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

When Google services are used, some data may be transferred to the United States. Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Cookies and website tools

We use the following on the website:

  • Google Analytics for visitor statistics. Enabled only with your consent; IP addresses are anonymised.
  • Google Ads for measuring advertising effectiveness. Enabled only with your consent.
  • Google reCAPTCHA to protect the contact form from automated submissions. It runs on the contact page, as without it the form would be exposed to spam.
  • Security plugins that record IP addresses so we can detect and block malicious activity.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings banner. A full list of cookies is available in our Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy of it;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request erasure of your data where there is no longer a basis for processing it;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • receive your data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing;
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

9. Automated decision-making

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
